<p><u>Job description (Responsibilities &amp; Accountabilities)</u></p><p>· Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection of candidates.</p><p>· Responsible to provide the candidate, a basic information about the job and MPH and request in return all information needed for the initial contact.</p><p>· Responsible in placing job adverts of open requests</p><p>· Handle all communications with the candidate during the screening process till the client.</p><p>· Responsible to communicate the correct T&amp;Cs and JD to candidates.</p><p>· Scheduling interviews of candidates by following the recruitment process.</p><p>· Responsible to maintain an exhaustive candidate’s database.</p><p>· Proactively participate with senior recruiter in the research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.</p><p>· Engage in regular networking with the candidates to update the database on a regular basis per industries.</p><p>· Be equipped with No. of resumes for immediate assistance to the Business Development team for tender submissions.</p><p>· Preparing of candidates’ resumes in MPH standard format.</p><p>· Responsible to update and adhere to the KPI’s to meet the requirements of the company standards.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Employee Profile [Educational Qualification, Skills &amp; Experience]</u></p><p>· Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in any field.</p><p>· Should be computer savy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point..) and IT proficient.</p><p>· Minimum 3-5 years of Recruitment Experience, with good knowledge of recruitment techniques and sources.</p><p>· Technical recruitment is a plus.</p><p>· Proficient in English</p><p>· Must be a French speaker</p><p></p>
