<p>The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate’s potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Designing and updating job descriptions.</li><li>Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Indeed.)</li><li>Screening incoming resumes and application forms.</li><li>Conducting Video & In-Person Interviews.</li><li>Preparing and distributing assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.</li><li>Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internal systems.</li><li>Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.</li><li>Providing job offer details, compensation and benefits to the personnel team to proceed with offers.</li><li>Updating Departments’ Managers with HR Interview & Language Test Feedback.</li><li>Following up with Departments’ Managers with Technical Interviews Feedback.</li><li>Collaborating with Managers to identify future hiring needs and updating the hiring plans on the company’s internal system.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office suite</li><li>High-energy and passion</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet quotas</li><li>HR Certificate/Diploma required</li><li>English/Arabic is mandatory</li><li>Minimum 1 year uae experience </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary & Benefits </strong></p><ul><li>Employment Visa</li><li>4k to 5k salary</li><li>medical insurance</li></ul>
