<p>Our Fast growing and Successful Company is expanding rapidly and now we are looking for a Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Company in Dubai.</p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Oversee the hiring process and make necessary modifications if required.</li><li>Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to proactively source candidates, including online platforms, professional networks, job fairs, and referrals.</li><li>Post jobs on forums which can source new candidates at the time of hiring such as, social media.</li><li>Source passive candidates.</li><li>Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.</li><li>Build networks to find qualified active and passive candidates.</li><li>Use multi-channel approach to recruit.</li><li>Evaluate which sources bring best candidates.</li><li>Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants.</li><li>Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the requirements.</li><li>Interview candidates.</li><li>Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize talent acquisition strategies.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition, and recommend innovative approaches to attract top talent.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelorβs degree is a must.</li><li>Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting.</li><li>Familiar with online job posting tools.</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills are a must.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and time management skills.</li></ul>
