Job Description
Recreation Supervisor
As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible towards creating an exceptional experience for the guests and the colleagues reporting to you.
What will you be doing:
– Creating the ultimate journey to relaxation for our guests
– Recognize arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the spa and recreational areas and hotel.
– Knowledgeable about all aspects of recreation, fitness & wellness, and recreation facilities in person and over the telephone.
– Capable of performing professional technical pre-consultation so that he/she is able to recommend suitable treatments in accordance to the treatment protocols taught per the client’s needs and concerns.
– Schedule of all colleagues in all department of Recreation & Wellness and ensure smooth operation of the reception.
– The Recreation Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Director of recreation & Entertainment and the team to operational excellence while understanding and executing the short- and long-term goals established by the Director of Recreation & Entertainment.
