A Recreation Supervisor is responsible for managing operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.<p><br></p><strong>What will I be doing?</strong><p><br></p>As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.<p><br></p><ul><li>Manage team members to ensure high motivation, provision of high quality service and ongoing development.</li><li>Drive the team to meet and exceed agreed revenue target through a creative approach to delivering alternative programs to core fitness-based schemes.</li><li>Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure continuous service and program improvement.</li><li>Instill brand values and standards to maintain quality on a daily basis.</li><li>Liaise with other hotel departments.</li><li>Ensure customers and guests receive friendly and consistent personalized service from all team members.</li><li>Recruit, manage, train and develop the team.</li><li>Respond to audits to ensure continual improvement is achieved.</li><li>Maintain awareness of development security related cash, stock and equipment and ensure all department procedures are followed.</li><li>Ensure health, safety and COSHH regulations are complied with and club rules are observed by members, clients and guests.</li></ul><p><br></p>In addition to performance of essential functions, this position may required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company:<p><br></p><ul><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What are we looking for?</strong><p><br></p>A Recreation Supervisor serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
