We’re searching for a recreation receptionist at our luxury property, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and members.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for spa services, and other treatments. Also responsible for processing payments for spa services, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates. You may also be responsible for maintaining financial records and balancing the cash float at the end of each shift. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to spa guests, including answering questions about services, providing recommendations, and addressing any complaints or concerns. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized spa area, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms. You will also be responsible for ensuring that towels, robes, and other supplies are stocked and readily available. You may be responsible for promoting spa services and packages to guests, as well as maintaining marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers. Responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, booking inventory, and preparing reports.
What We need from you:
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work effectively under pressure. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are also essential.
