<br />We require a Male Receptionist – UAE national for a prestigious company in Abu Dhabi.Β
<br />
<br />1-2 years experience preferred.

<b>Job description.Β </b>
<br />
<br />Receptionists shall be responsible for presenting the company with high customer service standards when dealing with Guests and Employees.
<br />
<br />a. Greeting visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
<br />b. Assisting visitors in finding their way around the office.
<br />c. Informing the relevant employees of the arrival of visitors and necessary coordination, as necessary.
<br />d. Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
<br />e. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking messages and notes.
<br />f. Preparing meeting and training rooms.
<br />g. Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
<br />h. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
<br />i. Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
<br />j. Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
<br />k. Provide excellent customer service.
<br />l. Scheduling appointments.
<br />m. Check, accept and sign for courier delivered items.Β

<br />Requirements
<b>Minimum Qualification</b>
<br />Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a suitable field.
<br />Prior, proven experience as a receptionist or in related field preferred
<br />Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic).
<br />Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
<br />Good time management skills.
<br />Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
<br />Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Skills
Minimum Qualification
