Job Description

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, personally or by telephone and answering or referring their inquiries to appropriate person/s.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories and giving them instructions of office protocols.
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Responsible for the office mail receiving and distribution to ensure that the mails are given to the right addressee.
  • Ensuring company guests are being transported from and to airport and/or their hotels using company driver and coordinating their transportation if needed.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage Administrative tasks and assist the administration team.

Skills

  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Limited knowledge of principles and processes in providing personal services to the customers. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge in computer applications.
  • Customer Service oriented.
