<p>We are looking for a Receptionist &amp; Customer Service Specialist for our clinic.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic</p><p>• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls</p><p>• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)</p><p>• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email</p><p>• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries</p><p>• Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers</p><p>• Converting customer inquiries into sales opportunities</p><p>• Surveying customer satisfaction</p><p>• Providing the customer with information about a company’s products or services in order to create interest in the brand</p><p>• Call, call back, WhatsApp handling and and follow up.</p><p><span>• Assist Marketing Team in keeping the social media accounts active by posting content.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span>Qualifications:</span></p><p><span>• With minimum 3 years customer service experience in a polyclinic based in UAE</span></p><p><span>• Background in medical field is a plus</span></p><p><span>• With basic knowledge of content creation (taking photos, videos &amp; editing)</span></p><p><span>• Pleasing personality and team player</span></p><p><br></p><p>Job Types: Full-time</p><p>Salary will be discussed during the interview.</p>
