<p><strong>Front desk:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Greets and welcomes each and every visitor to the office.</span></li><li><span>Assess visit purpose for each visitor.</span></li><li><span>Screens each telephone call received and transfers it to the agent for further assistance / information.</span></li><li><span>Answers queries (face-to-face, on the telephone and perhaps by email).</span></li><li><span>Provides information or takes messages for staff.</span></li><li><span>Prompts visitors / customers to give their feedback at the time of departure through the customer feedback device located at the reception desk.</span></li><li><span>Ensures the reception desk is neat and clean at all times.</span></li><li><span>Displays leaflets and other literature at the reception desk whenever required.</span></li><li><span>Completes assigned tasks within given deadlines.</span></li><li><span>Maintains the attendance log book for staff.</span></li><li><span>Ensures high level of customer service.</span></li><li><span>Monitor office boy and office girl and supervise them</span></li></ul><p><strong>Tele sales:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Contact potential or existing customers from the provided database to inform them about our services using scripts</span></li><li><span>Get listings and assign to agents as per their areas</span></li><li><span>Answer questions about the company</span></li><li><span>Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales via phone</span></li><li><span>Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed</span></li><li><span>Enter and update customer information in the database</span></li><li><span>Take and process orders in an accurate manner</span></li><li><span>Go the βextra mileβ to meet sales quota and facilitate sales</span></li><li><span>Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information</span></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements and skills:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role</span></li><li><span>Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone</span></li><li><span>Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems</span></li><li><span>Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span>Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection</span></li><li><span>Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints</span></li><li><span>High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus</span></li><li><strong>Excellent knowledge of English/ Arabic is a must.</strong></li></ul><li><br></li>
