Job Description
Executive Personal Assistant for the CEO of company with a minimum experience of 1 years with the company management
- Create and maintain property listings on various real estate platforms
- Collect and organize all necessary documentation related to properties, including contracts, agreements, and permits
- Prepare and process documents for real estate transactions, such as leases, sales agreements, and closing documents
- Manage and update property databases and CRM systems
- Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and transactions
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, agents, and other stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in marketing and advertising properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information related to the properties and transactions
Skills
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Admin or similar role
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
