Job Description
* Provide front desk coverage by greeting guest, managing incoming/outgoing mails or calls and maintaining an
organized, clean office environment
* Provide administrative support including email correspondence and generations such as letters, spreadsheets and forms.
* Organize, schedule and plan company meetings in the office and via video conference.
* Maintain filling system, contact database and inventory.
* Order and oversee office supplies.
* Experience working with entertainment sector such as film/recording studios, post production and other related aspect.
* Well verse and systematic in terms of facilitating bookings in different areas as needed.
