<p><strong>*Real Estate Experience is Mandatory for the Application*</strong></p><p><strong>IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY, Candidates who have more than 1 week of notice period please refrain from applying</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking to hire an Energetic Admin to our team</p><p><br></p><p><strong>General Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p><span> </span>Welcoming customers, taking calls, and following up with them</p><p><span> </span>Scheduling appointments</p><p><span> </span>Drafting correspondence, planning meetings, and arranging trips</p><p><span> </span>Preparing documents and forms</p><p><span> </span>Coordinating showings and collecting feedback</p><p><span> </span>Maintaining filing systems</p><p><span> </span>Helping with the closing procedures</p><p><span> </span>Creating reports and maintaining a customer database</p><p><span> </span>Preparing and posting real estate listings</p><p><span> </span>Assist in all related admin tasks</p><p> Collect client feedback about their experience.</p><p> Develop relationships with clients and key personnel..</p><p> Prepare MOU and tenancy contracts for the sales and rental deals.</p><p> Assisting the client and employees with documentations such as NOC applications, assignment agreements, sale and purchase agreement.</p><p> Communicating with all parties involved in a transaction in regards to property transfer</p><p>Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.</p><p>Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.</p><p>Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.</p><p> Sending terms of engagement and estimates of fees and disbursements in regards to property transactions.</p><p> Dealing with all financial aspects of a transaction in regards to property transfer.</p><p> Deal with all legal matters, administration, finance and queries involved in a property transaction.</p><p> Completing and lodging documents with the Dubai land Department to ensure that the ownership transfer occurs smoothly.</p><p> Build and maintain relationships through third party channels including real estate agents, investment banks, property developers and government agencies.</p><p> Following up on the property snagging after successful transfer.</p><p> Schedule appointment for key handover with the developer once the snagging is fully done.</p><p> Assisting the developer in preparing the sales and purchase agreement</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Admin Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>High school diploma or GED.</p><p>Must be well versed in UAE Real estate Industry & Documentations </p><p>Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.</p><p>Experience with accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, or Sage.</p><p>3-5 years of experience in a similar role would be advantageous.</p><p>Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using software tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p>Advanced typing, and organizational skills.</p><p>Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.</p><p>Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.</p><p>Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook</p><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p><p>Exceptional interpersonal skills.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary – 4500 AED per Month</strong></p><p><strong>Other Benefits & Performance Bonuses</strong></p><p><br></p>
