Our client is looking for a Receptionist to play the following roles…
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Creating a good image of the hospital.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Requirements:
- Presentable
- Bachelor Degree
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to rotational shifts
