Job Description

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism
  • Handling incoming calls , transferring them to the appropriate department, or taking accurate messages
  • Managing the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks , including data entry document preparation and scheduling appointments.
  • Providing general information to clients and visitors about our product /services
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations in the office
  • Help the staff members with crucial tasks related to scheduling, agendas, and meetings, ensuring fluent corporate functioning.
  • Attend to incoming telephonic conversations and take appropriate decisions without any delay.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.

Skills

  • Emirati National (UAE national) -This position is exclusively open to Emirati candidates.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite ( Word , Excel ,Outlook )
  • previous Experience in a receptionist or front desk role will will be an advantage , but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in time management and handling various tasks
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
