Job Description
Core Responsibilities<br><ul><li>Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person ; answering or referring inquiries</li><li>Maintains employee and department directories as a guide for directing visitors</li><li>Offers beverage to guests where necessary</li><li>Schedules booking of meeting rooms , quiet spaces, telephone booths..etc.</li><li>Operates telephone switchboard; answers and transfers calls to appropriate units</li><li>Takes messages and communicates them to appropriate enquirers</li><li>Responsible for basic data entry as assigned</li><li>Maintains and stocks basic office supplies & stationaries</li><li>Responsible for operating and maintaining office machines, including printers, copiers, and fax</li><li>Ensures compliance with company rules and safety regulations in the reception area</li><li>Arranges with IT for issuing access cards to visitors as required</li><li>Arranges for courier packages<br></li></ul>Core Requirements<br><ul><li>Fluent English ( French language would be an asset)</li><li>Bachelor Degree holder</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience in a multinational company</li><li>Presentable</li><li>Good Computer skills</li></ul>
