<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.</li><li>Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.</li><li>Receiving and sorting daily mail.</li><li>Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).</li><li>Update calendars and schedule meetings.</li><li>Arrange travel and accommodations and prepare vouchers.</li><li>Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.</li><li>Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.</li><li>Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.</li><li>Preparing meeting and training rooms.</li><li>Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.</li><li>Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>β’ Diploma or above.</p><p>β’ Some relevant experience in office administration.</p><p>Β· Cheerful, Pro-active, responsible, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks.</p><p>β’ Good command in spoken and written Arabic and English, Chinese will be a plus.</p><p>β’ Proficient in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, Power-point.</p><p>β’ Immediate available is an advantage.</p><p><br></p>
