<p><strong>Night Auditor at Palais Mirage d’Atlas</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We’re excited to announce that due to our continuous growth and the expansion of our services, we are looking to add new members to our team.</p><p><br></p><p>Palais Mirage d’Atlas, a premium 5-star hotel, is currently seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional guest experience and maintain the high standards of our esteemed establishment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>As a Night Auditor, your tasks will include:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Verifying that all revenue and expenses were accurately reported and preparing comprehensive reports for the next day’s tasks.</li><li>Efficiently answering phone calls and managing guest reservations.</li><li>Checking in/out guests, and efficiently addressing their overnight requests.</li><li>Conducting end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation tasks.</li><li>Responding promptly and effectively to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.</li><li>Processing invoices, and ensuring all outlets tickets are correctly transferred to the respective rooms.</li><li>Balancing all front office accounts and resolving any room status and rate discrepancies.</li><li>Conducting thorough investigations to resolve out-of-balance accounts.</li><li>Keeping accurate financial records and ledgers, and assisting in preparations for forecasts and audits.</li><li>Reviewing guest credit transactions against established limits and generating operational and managerial reports.</li><li>Ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Requirements and Skills</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>Ideal candidates should have:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in 5-star hotels.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting and facilities management software (such as Cloudbeds, Lightspeed POS, etc.)</li><li>Excellent math skills and keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.</li><li>The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Superior written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.</li><li>Flexibility to work overnight shifts.</li></ul>
