<strong>Job Description<br></strong>Responsible for handling the following: Greeting visitors, accepting deliveries and handling incoming calls, and operating a switchboard; in addition to maintaining office directories<br>Skill Requirements<br><ul><li>High School or diploma in business administration or any related field</li><li>Strong English and Arabic Language skills; written and spoken </li><li>1-3 years experience in an administrative role is required </li><li>Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines. </li><li>Must have proficient arithmetic skills to handle payments</li><li>Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs and PowerPoint <br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><ul><li>Answers and directs phone calls in a polite and friendly manner</li><li>Welcomes visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answers any questions visitors have </li><li> Maintains reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times</li><li>Operates standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer </li><li>Keeps detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and calls received</li><li>Receives deliveries; sorts and distributes incoming mail </li><li>Takes inventory of supplies and restocks as needed</li><li>Maintains the general office filing system</li></ul>
