<p><strong>Summary:</strong></p><p>The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to the office staff. The Receptionist must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to meet deadlines.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet and assist visitors, including answering questions, providing directions, and making appointments.</li><li>Answer phones and screen calls, routing them to the appropriate person or taking messages.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the office staff, including filing, copying, and data entry.</li><li>Maintain the reception area, including keeping it clean and organized.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in a receptionist role.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul><p></p>
