<p>The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required ( administrative work, and general clerical support).&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>- Receiving patients</p><p>- Including recording patient data on the system</p><p>- Patients card</p><p>- Organizing the admission of patients to the doctors’ rooms</p><p>- Knowing the fate of the patients, if they refer to operations or consultations</p><p>- Coordination of work with the call center</p><p>- Welcoming patients and answering their questions</p><p>- Coordinating the use of the rooms for the doctors daily after referring to the director of the center and his requests to arrange that with the doctors</p><p>- The cleanliness of the reception and attention to its aesthetic appearance</p><p>- Patients’ files and record all required hospital data.</p><p>- Revising today’s statement schedule, operations follow-up or consulting</p><p>- Reviewing the daily reports from the system for all clinics and submitting them to the specialized doctor</p><p>- Ensure that all services entered on the system are properly terminated.</p><p>- Weekly surgery cases are reviewed and reported to HR.</p><p>- Organizing the patients on the day of the operations and the medical files of the patients at the place of operations.</p><p>- Radiology statistics of the center and the distribution of patients among the doctors.</p><p>The part related to the day of operations:</p><p>1- Receiving a copy of the operations schedule from the assistant doctors</p><p>2- Supervising the rooms before entering the cases</p><p>3- Delivery of the results of the cases from the laboratory according to the order of operations</p><p>4- Follow up the meals of patients and companions according to their desires.</p><p>5- Communicating with patients with inpatient surgeries on the next day before discharge from the hospital.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>- Age From 25 to 31 max.</p><p>-Males only</p><p>- 5 years of experience in the field of working in hospitals and medical centers.</p><p>- Decent , Good Looking.</p><p>- Living Near Mohandeseen.</p><p>- English Level Good.</p><p>- Ready to work Immediately</p>
