Job Description
A Dubai based Real Estate Developer is looking for a receptionist, who would be expected to provide high quality front-line and administrative service to the company and its customers, whilst always maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and provide a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Take and deliver messages accurately to the concerned personnel.
- Maintain Boardroom bookings.
- Perform general administrative duties including typing and preparation of correspondence.
- Prepare and organize delivery of courier packages; accept courier packages and handover it to the concerned personnel.
- Provide support for tenant meetings.
- Generate employee time and attendance reports daily.
Job Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4 plus years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (preferred)
- Excellent organisation, time management and IT skills including MS Office.
- Experience of coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders
- Relationship management with internal and external stakeholders
- Customer service experience is desirable
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
