About the job Receptionist
Our client is a large organization that supports businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist for their office in JLT.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE managing the front office and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
He/she will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Qualifications:
- Should be able to handle a very busy reception
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and prioritizing
- Dependability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Problem-solving
