<p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Front Office Receptionist position to join our team at a sustainable wellness center. We are seeking a results driven professional to join our team!</p><p><br></p><p>The incumbent in this position is responsible for welcoming the guests and members to the SPA center and providing them with assistance during their visit in order to meet or exceed their expectations whilst adhering to service standards.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>All Candidates MUST currently be in Dubai. </u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities : </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Front of House Receptionist is the first and last impression of the spa, therefore must be very professional and create a warm, sincere and engaging experience for the guests.</li><li>Greet and welcome all guests </li><li>Be able to multi task, including client bookings, guest check in and other duties.</li><li>Assist guests with check-in providing information on our facilities and services in a prompt and efficient manner. </li><li>Assist guests settling into the space ( ie: locker facilities, towels, bathrobes.)</li><li>Promote and up-sell various SPA services, Package deals, Special offers and loyalty programs to our clientele.</li><li>Handle all Spa cashier transactions, including Retail, Spa revenue, and any other fees from guests and issue a receipt. </li><li>At the end of the shift balances the cash register. </li><li>Makes handover report written and verbal if possible for the receptionist on the next shift. Before each shift reads handover report.</li><li>Liaise with Therapist and team members, regarding bookings and cancelations from members and or guests. </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Desired Skills and Qualifications. </strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years customer services experience (preferably in a similar role)</li><li>Preferably in a luxury role.</li><li>Have an excellent command of English (written and spoken).</li><li>Arabic will be beneficial but not essential</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Polite and engaging personality</li><li>Positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer services. </li></ul><p><br></p><p> </p>
