The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to take initiative, and the ability to meet tight deadlines. If you are a dynamic and innovative professional with a talent for coordination and customer service, we would like to speak with you about this exciting opportunity.</p><p><br></p><p>As an Administrative Assistant / Reception, you will be responsible for:</p><p><br></p><p>Handling and coordinating active calendars</p><p>Scheduling and confirming meetings</p><p>Ensuring all administrative files are organized</p><p>Updating Listing Properties on our Website and CRM</p><p>Providing ad-hoc support around office as needed</p><p>Preparing Company Dashboard</p><p>Managing customer enquiries through emails and calls</p><p>Working closely with line managers and suppliers</p><p>Keeping track of community approval and ensure that all permits are renewed and submitted as and when required.</p><p>Channelling enquires to the correct Operational unit.</p><p>Staying abreast of the markets</p><p>Coordinating schedules between operational team and clients</p><p>Overseeing office supplies and restocking</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>To be considered for this role, you must have:</p><p><br></p><p>At least 1 years of administrative experience. fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</p><p>Strong interpersonal skills</p><p>Excellent customer service and communication skills</p><p>The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail</p><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</p><p>Fluency in English (verbal and written)</p><p>Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a full-time position in the Real Estate Industry.</p><p><br></p><p> Apply now to take the next step in your career with Kevlar</p>
