Job Description
<p>Job Objective:</p><p>To provide valuation services internally to BCFC and externally in addition to overlooking basic tasks for the TRESCO team.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><ol><li>Collects market intelligence on the movement of properties’ prices.</li><li>Updates the Company on any new changes to property legislation and classification rules.</li><li>Explains the results of valuation to clients if required.</li><li>Evaluate for other parties externally.</li><li>Estimate the market value of property and land for their clients.</li><li>make thorough inspections and investigations of a property.</li><li>Consider factors such as location and business in their valuations.</li><li>Providing advice on areas such as sales, compensation claims or loans.</li><li>Undertaking thorough inspections of buildings and land to identify any characteristics or factors affecting value.</li><li>Providing clients with a realistic valuation of their property.</li><li>Preparing written reports of inspections.</li><li>Providing information and valuations for businesses or legal organizations to aid dispute resolution, compensation claims or investment queries.</li><li>Markets the valuation products of TRESCO.</li><li>Provides valuation consulting services.</li><li>Perform valuation according to the Valuation Standard Set according to his accredited valuation license.</li><li>Participate in the company real estate property acquisitions and assists in the valuation estimate and financial model prior to presenting themselves to the concerned personnel in the company.</li><li>Research information and prices for new classified and unclassified lands, building, apartment and villas that are available in the market for new acquisition and database for records in valuations.</li><li>Assists the TRESCO team for the coordination of task to be liaised from property management and development.</li><li>Assist the teams into reaching their strategies planned.</li></ol><p> </p><p>Requirement:</p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>BSc. degree in Business or Engineering.</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>A minimum of 1 year in the same field.</p><p><strong>Certificates and Licenses:</strong></p><p>The applicant must have a <strong>tier D</strong> RERA valuation license.</p><p> <strong>Competencies : </strong></p><ol><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Planning and organizing</li><li>Strategic thinking</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Information and task monitoring</li><li>Problem identification and analysis</li><li>Judgment and problem-solving</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Stress tolerance</li></ol><p></p>
