With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.<p><br></p>We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate professional to work part time as a Trainer within Bayut Academy.<p><br></p>As a Trainer – Bayut Academy &amp; Product, you will be responsible to drive the product adoption of products across agencies and bridge the gap between product and bayut academy.<p><br></p><strong>In This Role, You Will</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Prepare and improving learning materials on a regular basis</li><li>Deliver real estate and soft skills trainings for Bayut Academy</li><li>Create new sessions for Bayut Academy using sound Instructional Design and Adult Learning Principles (good to have but not mandatory)</li><li>Bridge the gap between product training and Bayut Academy and create new content for agents, admins, marketing and support staff of partner agencies</li><li>Introduce and make use of engaging and interactive tools and platforms e.g. Kahoot, polls, role plays, to interact with clients</li><li>Deliver assigned and approved training content through zoom, Bayut Academy and face to face meetings</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>3-7 years of relevant experience</li><li>Fluent in English</li><li>Support clients in Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates on a needs basis</li><li>Instructional Design Fundamentals and Adult Learning Principles</li><li>Creating learning materials based on ID principles strongly desired</li><li>Ability to engage with audiences ranging from new agents to managing directors.</li><li>Ability to promote a strong and professional presence in front of small and large groups comprised of agents, marketing managers, sales directors and managing directors</li><li>Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to shift communication depending on the audience</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills</li><li>Team player, a preference for brainstorming and collaborative working situations, open and receptive to feedback and professional at all times.</li><li>A go-getter (someone who looks for opportunity and areas to improve) who is proactive</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively</li><li>Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Benefits</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Flexible work up to 10- 12 hours per week</li><li>Ability to contribute to a platform used by more than 5M users in the UAE.</li><li>Multicultural environment with over 50 different nationalities</li><li>Exposure to cutting edge training content and delivery</li></ul><p><br></p>Bayut &amp; dubizzle is an equal opportunity employer.
