Job Description

§ Sales Skills Training  

§ 1-Work closely with HODs & line managers to identify areas of development for their respective teams

§ 2-Create and execute an annual skills training plan, (design courses if needed) to address the areas of development

§ 3-Identify underperformers through productivity reports and design programs to address the areas of pain

§ 4-Provide regular check-ins, online tests and skill assessments

Refresher training & New Launches

§ 1-Create and execute a monthly project refresher plans after coordinating with their HODs

§ 2-Decide the refresher training method (ILT/Digital) in light of the multiple factors such as how recent the project was launched and how complicated is the content

§ 3-Conduct new project launches to the existing teams

Minimum Qualification

§ Bachelor Degree

  • Professional English Spoken & written
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Project management Capabilities
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
  • Knowledge of the latest E-Learning technologies
  • MS Office – Excellent

Minimum Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a sales oriented environment
