<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate team leader to join our company. As a team leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of real estate agents and ensuring that they meet their sales targets. You will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and developing strategies to grow our business.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Description:</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Managing a team of real estate agents and providing guidance, training, and support to help them meet their sales targets</li><li>Developing and implementing strategies to grow our business and increase revenue</li><li>Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation</li><li>Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the real estate industry</li><li>Providing regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their sales skills and achieve their targets</li><li>Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure that our real estate services are aligned with our overall business goals</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets</li><li>Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations</li><li>Proficiency in using real estate software and other relevant tools</li><li>A valid real estate license</li></ul><p><br></p><p>If you meet the above requirements and are interested in leading a dynamic team in the real estate industry we offer salary plus commissions, please apply with your resume and cover letter.
