<p><strong><em>** Commission Based Job **</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><span>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced </span><strong>Real Estate Specialist in Off-Plan Market </strong><span>to join our growing sales team. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people find their dream homes, building relationships, and closing deals. </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We offer a competitive commission structure, extensive marketing support, and a positive working environment.</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property</li><li><span>Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them</span></li><li><span>Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing</span></li><li><span>Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value</span></li><li><span>Display and market real property to possible buyers</span></li><li><span>Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)</span></li><li><span>Manage property auctions or exchanges</span></li><li><span>Maintain and update listings of available properties</span></li><li><span>Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors</span></li><li><span>Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors</span></li><li><span>Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services</span></li><li><span>Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)</li><li><span>Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai Real Estate market</span></li><li><span>Proven track of successful sales record</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills</span></li><li><span>Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills</span></li><li><span>Real estate agent’s or broker’s license</span></li><li><span>Preferable to have a valid UAE driving license</span></li><li><span>Available to start work immediately</span></li><li>RERA qualified preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Provide</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive commission structure</li><li>Experienced management</li><li>Advertising on major portals</li><li>Genuine Marketing Campaigns and Leads</li><li>Strong administrative support</li><li>Advanced CRM system</li></ul>
