Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional real estate services to clients in the UAE market. They will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the local real estate market and be able to offer expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the buying, selling, and leasing process. The Real Estate Broker will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in the industry and will be expected to be a strong communicator, negotiator, and problem-solver, with a deep understanding of the unique real estate dynamics in UAE.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a network of clients and customers, including potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, in the UAE market.

Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on local real estate trends, property values, and market conditions in UAE.

Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of the real estate transaction process in UAE, including property listings, negotiations, inspections, and closing.

Develop and implement successful marketing strategies to effectively promote properties to potential buyers and tenants in UAE.

Negotiate and close real estate transactions in UAE, including sales, leases, and rental agreements.

Maintain accurate and complete records of all real estate transactions in UAE, including listings, offers, contracts, and closing documents.

Collaborate with other real estate professionals in UAE, such as lenders, inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth and successful transaction process for clients.

Build and maintain a strong reputation for professional and ethical real estate practices in UAE, and represent RE/MAX in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

At least 3 years of Sales experience in UAE.

Strong knowledge of local real estate market conditions, property values, and real estate regulations in UAE.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in UAE.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using real estate technology, such as MLS systems, property management software, and marketing tools.

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience and performance commission. We offer a very generous commission split, up to 80% for the right candidate, which provides significant earning potential. Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
