<p><strong><u>Job Purpose</u></strong></p><p>The primary purpose of this role is to give property consultants and brokers the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be effective in the corporate Real Estate sales environment. Identify any issues with training methods and make suggestions for improvements as needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li>Conduct training for new and current Property Consultants and sales brokers. </li><li>Schedule orientations and related training events for property consultants and sales brokers </li><li>Create training curriculum and videos to employ agents, admins, and marketing leads.</li><li>Combine soft skills and Real Estate-specific training materials.</li><li>Engage with clients to increase call answer rates and the initial response and improve questions to increase conversions.</li><li>Improve sales training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of certain accounts and/or the corporate sales market at large.</li><li>Recommend budget for training and monitor costs during the program.</li><li>Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Experience in Real Estate sales training preferred.</li><li>7+ years experience in Real Estate sales</li><li>Highly developed interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent coaching skills</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Professional customer service skills</li><li>Strong time management skills</li><li>Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships</li><li>Able to professionally interact with customers, residents, and guests as needed</li><li>Excellent follow-through and follow-up</li><li>Ability to work well within a team environment</li><li>Able to develop specific goals and plan to priorities, organize, and accomplish work</li><li>Proactive and takes the initiative in seeking opportunities for improvements and providing support and assistance</li></ul>
