<p><strong>Job description</strong></p><p>Property Network Is Seeking to Hire a Real Estate Consultant</p><p>· Achieve monthly financial goals</p><p>· Fulfill daily activity set assignments</p><p>· Acquire knowledge and updates for the target projects and market trends</p><p>· Perform client/site visits</p><p>· Respond, manage, and handle new buyer requests</p><p>· Perform lead generation activities (e.g. Cold Calls)</p><p>· Submit performance activities, listings, and requests on CRM</p><p>· Compile activity reports</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>1-3 years’ experience in sales (Insurance – Pharmaceuticals – Real Estate)</li><li>Excellent command of spoken &amp; written English Language</li><li>Excellent use of Word &amp; Excel</li><li>PowerPoint is an asset</li><li>Must own a car</li><li>Lives in or within the vicinity of New Cairo</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; negotiation skills</li><li>Target oriented</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>- Commission basis only (45% Commission)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Please send CV to:</p><p><br></p><p>info@pn-egypt.com</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>01210003824/25</p><p><br></p>
