North Hampton Properties a renowned real estate brokerage in Dubai, is currently seeking an accomplished Real Estate Sales Manager who can aid us in achieving our goals of acquiring customers and increasing revenue by ensuring our company remains competitive and forward-thinking. Your main responsibility will be to unlock the full potential of our sales team, developing effective sales strategies and presenting them to senior management for approval.
Key Responsibilities:
– Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
– Foster a positive and motivating environment to inspire the team.
– Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and establish a strong market presence.
– Take ownership of recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
– Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships by partnering with them and comprehending their requirements.
– Present sales, revenue, and expense reports, as well as provide realistic forecasts to the management team.
– Stay updated on emerging markets and shifts in the market, while maintaining awareness of new products and the competitive landscape.
– Be able to work with CRM systems and manage agents through CRM, ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and used effectively to drive sales results.
-Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified agents, ensuring the sales team remains strong, diverse, and capable of meeting company objectives.
Requirements:
MIN 2 YEARS OF DUBAI REAL ESTATE EXPERINCE MANDATORY
1. Speak fluent English,Hindi,Urdu to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
2. Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to priorities tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Skills
- Strong Sales background in Real Estate
- Strong presence on all Property Portals
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations
- Native English communicator & written skills
- Strong negotiation skills – experience in offering expert customer service
- Ability to work independently with great dedication
- Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a team.
- Passion to succeed & strong Mindset
- Valid UAE Driving license
- RERA certification will be an advantage
- Own car is a plus
