Job Overview
The Administrator will have 2 years of previous experience in the real estate industry and a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support. He/She will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including managing paperwork, coordinating appointments, answering phones, and maintaining files. He/She will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
– Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments
– Prepare and process real estate documents, such as contracts, leases, and agreements
– Maintain accurate and organized files for properties and clients
– Coordinate property showings and open houses
– Process and manage payments, invoices and expenses
– Assist in marketing efforts, such as creating flyers and posting on social media
– Manage and update databases, client lists and real estate websites
– Prepare reports and presentations for clients and management
– Liaise with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient transactions
– Provide general office support as needed, including ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
Skills
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrator in the real estate industry
– Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
– Knowledge of real estate industry terminology and practices
– High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
