Qualification/Requirements:
· 3+ years of Real Estate Experience as Marketing Manager in Dubai, UAE
· Proven well-established experience in Dubai Real Estate Industry
· RERA & UAE Driving License
· Knowledgeable of Dubai Real Estate Processes, Laws & Regulations (RERA, Dubai Rest App, Tenancy and Leasing Forms/Agreements/Contracts, Property Advertising Portals, etc.)
· Strong portfolio with proven skills and abilities
· Competent Marketing Strategy Skills
· Efficient & Effective Communication Skills
· Exceptional Customer Service Skills

Job Responsibilities:
Real Estate Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining the company’s brand to generate business.
· Executing marketing strategy in collaboration with other members of the minor real estate team.
· Assisting the superiors in the formulation of the sales proposition, project brief, and FAQ, and costing of projects based on market feedback and information.
· Expanding the channel partner base and coordinating with them regularly for sales.
· Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate the company’s goals.
· Work with agents, vendors, lawyers, and press members to establish a high profile for the business.
· Reviewing the leading status, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status, validating the booking entry made by the senior associate, and handing over the form along with the check to the post-sales team.
