We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Manager to oversee various aspects of our expansions. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for market analysis, location scouting, contract negotiation, financial analysis, project management, and administrative tasks related to licensing and paperwork. This is a dynamic role that requires strong interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential nursery location opportunities and trends.
• Utilize existing market knowledge and establish strong relationships with developers to facilitate location acquisition and negotiation.
• Negotiate contracts and rates, ensuring favorable terms and leveraging legal understanding of contracts when needed.
• Collaborate with the finance team to analyze the profit and loss (P&L) of each location and prepare persuasive pitches for the Investment Committee to secure project approval.
• Oversee the project management of the full fit-out process of the location, working closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with all necessary licensing and paperwork requirements until the centre is ready for opening, at which point responsibility transitions to the marketing and sales teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and maintain a strong network of contacts
