About the job Real Estate Manager

We are  seeking an exceptional Real Estate Manager to lead our real estate division. As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing our real estate portfolio, driving growth, and playing a pivotal role in establishing our presence in the Dubai market.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the firm’s real estate portfolio, including property acquisitions, leasing, sales, and negotiations.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, investors, and other key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
  • Company Development: Proactively seek out new business opportunities, develop innovative strategies to expand the firm’s real estate division, and generate revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to a team of real estate professionals, motivating and empowering them to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to real estate transactions and property management.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of real estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree of any kind. Advanced degrees or certifications would be an advantage.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry in Dubai, with a proven track record of successfully managing real estate portfolios and driving business growth.
  • Dubai Market Knowledge: Possess extensive knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including an understanding of local regulations, property types, and market dynamics.
  • Network: Demonstrate a strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including developers, investors, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Display exceptional leadership abilities, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exhibit strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate market trends and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous.
