We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Listing Officer who is passionate about making the home selling experience great for our customers and clients.<p><br></p>Responsible for conducting property assessments, gathering information, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining accurate records. The Listing Officer acts as a liaison between clients, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient listing procedures.<p><br></p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p>1. <strong>Property Assessment:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Conduct thorough property assessments to determine market value, condition, and potential selling/rental points.</li><li> Gather property information, including specifications, features, and amenities.</li><li> Capture high-quality photographs, videos, and other media assets for effective marketing.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>2. <strong>Listing Coordination:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Create and maintain accurate and compelling property listings across various platforms, including websites, and social media.</li><li> Write detailed property descriptions highlighting key features, benefits, and unique selling points.</li><li> Ensure accuracy of listing information, including pricing, availability, and property details.</li><li> Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and permissions for listing.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>3. <strong>Marketing and Promotion:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers/renters.</li><li> Prepare visually appealing marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and virtual tours.</li><li> Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize online presence and utilize digital marketing channels effectively.</li><li> Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies as needed.</li><li> Client Relationship Management:</li><li> Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the listing process.</li><li> Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing concerns.</li><li> Schedule property viewings and coordinate with potential buyers/renters.</li><li> Keep clients informed about market conditions, offers, and feedback from prospective buyers/renters.</li><li> 5. Record Keeping and Documentation:</li><li> Maintain organized and up-to-date records of listed properties, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.</li><li> Generate reports on listing activities, market trends, and performance metrics.</li><li> Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in property listings and disclosures.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirement:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Proven experience in Real Estate Listing.</li><li> Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property valuation and market techniques.</li><li> Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li> Attention to detail and ability to accurately document and maintain records.</li><li> Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings simultaneously.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Job Type: Full-time
