Job Description

• Conduct research and analysis on potential real estate investment opportunities, including market analysis, financial analysis, and due diligence

• Assist in conducting feasibility and high and best-use studies to identify and maximize the value of real estate assets

• Collaborate with team members to evaluate, and prepare financial models, cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, and other important matrixes depending on the task

• Assist with the management of real estate assets, including property management, lease negotiation, and tenant

• Prepare reports, memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

• Develop and maintain project schedules and

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, valuation standards, investment opportunities, and regulatory changes in the real estate industry

Skills

• Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or related fields. Prior experience working with Big 4 companies will be an added advantage

• Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel modeling

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate industry databases and software (e.g. Argus)

• Knowledge of real estate financing and capital markets
