<p><strong>Salary</strong>: 20000 to 25000 AED plus perks (Only Real estate experience )</p><p>We are looking for a dynamic and talented Head of Sales with at least 8 years experience on the same role to lead our sales department. We need a responsible professional with proven managerial experience and outstanding track record of sale.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue goals and company strategy, and implements a sales plan to drive revenue growth</li><li>Mentor the team about their working style, professional expertise and quality of project execution</li><li>Recommend appropriate strategies for maximizing profits and minimize risks</li><li>Execute long-term real estate strategies that align with Expo’s business goals</li><li>Embed culture and values by role modelling organizational behaviors through excellence, performance management, feedback and coaching</li><li>Through reporting and analytics, validates the quality of the lead and pipeline data and provides guidance to improve the overall data quality, thereby ensuring clear and informative reports are available for senior leadership</li><li>Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volumes and profits for existing and new projects</li><li>Define and execute appropriate sales strategies, business development, marketing, technical, operations and sales support programmed to maximize sales and profitability.</li><li>Demonstrate a desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, fast-paced culture</li><li>Negotiate and execute development agreements, leases and other real estate contracts</li><li>Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams, for both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Must be proficient at analyzing data, building reporting and making strategic recommendations based on data and trends</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines</li><li>Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems</li><li>Managerial skills and team management</li><li>Must have handled team of minimum 15 members and is working with at least 35-40 employees in the current/recent company</li><li>Proven track record of generating Pipeline/Sales of Secondary Market sales in Dubai</li><li>Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets <em>within assigned territory</em> and accounts</li><li>Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts</li><li>Leading and motivating staff to improve customer service with clients.</li><li>Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.</li><li>Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.</li><li>Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.</li><li>Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.</li><li>Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.</li><li>Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.</li><li>Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements and skills</strong></p><ul><li>Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets</li><li>Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director</li><li>Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level</li><li>Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close</li><li>Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services</li><li>Proven ability to position products against competitors</li><li>Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions</li><li>Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.</li><li>A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.</li></ul>
