Real Estate Development Manager (Egypt)

Job Description

<ul><li>Oversee and manage the development strategy and process.</li><li>Manage the complete development process for a portfolio of mixed use projects.</li><li>Oversee all development activities for the respective project(s) in the country.</li><li>Guide and assist the relevant (in house and consulting) project managers.</li><li>Execute strategy by establishing commercially viable options and securing multiple stakeholder buy-in.<br></li></ul><p><br></p>Requirements:<p><br></p><ul><li>9 years of relevant experience in a multinational Real Estate company</li><li>5 years of experience at a senior capacity</li><li>Full Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and the Economics of the country</li><li>Experience in working in multi-cultural environments.</li><li>Experience of Project management.<br></li></ul>
