We contribute to society, building confidence and trust in the markets, upholding the integrity of organizations, and supporting our communities.</p><p><br></p><p>Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact:</p><ul><li>Lead the way </li><li>Serve with integrity </li><li>Take care of each other </li><li>Foster inclusion </li><li>Collaborate for measurable impact </li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>During your tenure as a Manager in Real Estate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:</p><p><br></p><p>· The multi-disciplinary Real Estate team in the Middle East supports a wide range of clients in the Real Estate sector, including developers, investors, landowners and government entities.</p><p>· Integrating with other teams within the FA practice, other work we undertake includes project finance, capital raising, financial modelling, transaction due diligence and forensic support.</p><p>The Real Estate Development & Asset Management team provides the following services for clients:</p><p>· Development: Market, financial and strategic development advice for planned Real Estate (office/retail/residential/industrial) and Tourism, Hospitality and Leisure (“THL”) industry projects (from single sites to large-scale mixed-use master planned schemes).</p><p>· Asset Management: Cost and revenue focused optimization advice at a portfolio level, including strategic operational recommendations.</p><p>· Dispute: Arbitration and Expert Witness services to support real estate related disputes.</p><p>· Advising government bodies, developers, investors and corporate owners on real estate development, market/financial due diligence and strategy.</p><p>· Being a primary point of contact for clients, managing the delivery of engagements, undertaking the preparation of client reports, undertaking development appraisals and working with clients and their design teams to deliver strategies to support real estate development projects. The work will cover residential, office, retail, hospitality and industrial sectors.</p><p>· Experience is typically a minimum MRICS/CFA II qualification.</p><p>· Based in Dubai, with travel across the Middle East to deliver client engagements, particularly extensive travel to KSA.</p><p>· Mentoring and developing of junior colleagues undertaking their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Leadership Capabilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>· Identifies and embraces our purpose and values and puts these into practice in their professional life</p><p>· Develops self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, shares knowledge and experiences with others, and acts as a strong brand ambassador</p><p>· Seeks opportunities to challenge self; teams with others across businesses and borders to deliver and takes accountability for own and team results</p><p>· Builds relationships and communicates effectively in order to positively influence peers and other stakeholders</p><p>· Understands objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns own work to objectives and sets personal priorities</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><strong><span class=”ql-cursor”> </span></strong></p><p>· Educated to graduate level, with a Real Estate or related (Economics, Geography, Finance, Business) degree.</p><p>· RICS accredited course an advantage, though high-performing graduates with non-Real Estate qualifications are also encouraged to apply.</p><p>· Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a similar field.</p><p>· Fluency in English is essential. Arabic fluency is an advantage.</p><p>· Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and time management skills.</p><p>· Excellent report writing and presentation skills.</p><p>· A high level of numerical competence, with experience using MS Excel, Estate Master DF and/or Argus Developer.</p><p></p>
