<p>Job Title: <strong>Real Estate Conveyancing Manager</strong></p><p>Location: <strong>International Business Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Arab Land Real Estate is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Conveyancing Manager to join our team. As a Conveyancing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the real estate conveyancing process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. You will work closely with clients, real estate agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements and timely completion of transactions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Regular working with/at/through:</strong> Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest, Property Advertising Platforms, (Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle (verification, listings, etc.)), preparation of Tenancy and Leasing Forms/Agreement/Contracts, MOU, Rent and Sales agreement, undertaking Letters, Propspace, Mycrm and Broker Pad</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Mainly Managing Conveyancing Process:</strong> Overseeing and managing the entire conveyancing process, including drafting and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, and property transfer deeds.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Compliance and Legal Matters:</strong> Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures related to property transactions in Dubai. Staying updated with changes in legislation and advising the team on legal matters related to conveyancing.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Liaising with Stakeholders:</strong> Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, real estate developers, buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties involved in property transactions. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and coordinating communication between parties.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Title Research and Due Diligence:</strong> Conducting thorough title searches and due diligence to verify property ownership, encumbrances, liens, and other relevant legal aspects. Identifying potential issues and resolving them to ensure smooth property transactions.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Negotiation and Documentation: </strong>Assisting in negotiations between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Coordination and Timelines: </strong>Managing and coordinating multiple property transactions simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and deadlines. Monitoring progress, addressing bottlenecks, and taking necessary actions to expedite the conveyancing process.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Risk Management: </strong>Identifying and mitigating risks associated with property transactions, such as fraudulent activities, non-compliance, or disputes. Taking proactive measures to safeguard the interests of the company and clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Reporting and Documentation:</strong> Maintaining accurate records, databases, and documentation related to property transactions. Generating reports, metrics, and performance indicators for management review.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>2-3+ Years of Real Estate Conveyancing Experience</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Expert Level: Complete knowledge and clear understanding of Dubai laws and regulations especially in real estate as well as company’s internal legal affairs point of view.</li><li>Broad experience of managing and coordinating real estate workarounds</li><li><span>Can competently draft and review legal documents related to property transactions such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, and property transfer deeds</span></li><li>Full-knowledge of Trakheesi System and Dubai Rest, Property Advertising Platforms Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle (verification, listings, etc.), preparing Tenancy and Leasing Forms/Agreement/Contracts, MOU, Rent and Sales agreement, undertaking Letters, Propspace, Mycrm and Broker Pad</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Able to work under pressure</li><li>Advanced Computer Skills</li><li>Demonstrates ability to assist senior management and operations team with any additional work as needed</li><li>Have a strong work ethic and is eager to learn</li><li>Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence</li><li>Able to join immediately</li></ul><p><br></p>
