Job Description
<p>As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for managing daily leads and generate sales for the company while maintaining good customer relationships and high-class service.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Actively seek and solicit clients by promoting Kalinka brand, networking, advertising and offering services to potentially interested parties.</li><li>Show various properties to prospective buyers and renters in order to showcase options and help them find the right property.</li><li> Filing sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of transactions.</li><li>Collaborating with developers, homeowners, attorneys, and other external stakeholders involved in various real estate transactions.</li><li> Evaluate the client’s desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions.</li><li>Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases.</li><li>Maintaining sales targets set by the Sales Director.</li><li>Attending weekly meetings and all required emergency meetings set by managers.</li><li>Remain knowledgeable about the market and Real Estate best practices.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>2+ year Real Estate experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Market in Dubai is a must.</li><li> Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills and ability to network.</li><li> UAE driving license is a plus.</li><li> Fluency in English (Arabic/French/Russian/Chinese//Farsi is a plus).</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Corporate sim-card.</li><li>Continued daily support and mentorship from Sales Director, full Marketing & Administrative support.</li><li>Fair and uncapped commission structure up to 70%.</li><li>UAE Residence visa and RERA (Real Estate License).</li><li>Private medical insurance.</li><li>Comfortable office in Media City.</li></ul><p><br></p>
