Required: Driving License + Car
Benefits: 2 Years Employment Visa & Medical Insurance
Commission: Up to 70% + Weekly Commission Payouts
Salary: Limited Time Compensation will be provided
Responsibilities
- Networking with clients and other agents to find properties that match clients’ needs
- Showing properties to clients and answering their questions
- Negotiating deals and closing sales
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and changes in property prices
- Advertising properties for sale or rent
- Providing guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process
- Updating CRM, Portals & Leads regularly
Qualifications
- 0-1 year of sales experience
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A background in sales or customer service
- A valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A professional and presentable appearance
It is also worth noting that the real estate market in Dubai is highly competitive, so agents need to be able to stand out in order to be successful.
