Job Description
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible to manage daily leads and generate sales for the company while maintaining good customer relationships and high-class service.
Key Responsibilities
● Actively seek and solicit clients by promoting Kalinka brand, networking, advertising and offering services to potentially interested parties;
● Show various properties to prospective buyers and renters in order to showcase options and help them find the right property;
● Filing sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of transactions;
● Collaborating with developers, homeowners, attorneys, and other external stakeholders involved in various real estate transactions;
● Evaluate the client’s desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions;
● Appraise the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases;
● Maintaining sales targets set by the Sales Director;
● Attending weekly meetings and all required emergency meetings set by managers;
● Remain knowledgeable about the market and Real Estate best practices.
Key Requirements:
● 2+ year Real Estate experience and knowledge of the Real Estate Market in Dubai is a must;
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills and ability to network;
● UAE driving license is a plus;
● Fluency in English (Arabic/French/Russian/Chinese//Farsi is a plus).
