We are hiring people for the Real Estate industry – confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.

Education and professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Language: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabian, Hindi, Chinese (Required)

Job type: Full-time

Attractive sales commission + company benefits (depending upon the experience)

Other variables: Earn up to 70% of sales commission

Duties and responsibilities summary:

  • Business development to identify new investors and clients.
  • The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring deals.
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities in various UAE cities with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
  • Presentation to customers on company`s projects. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
  • Selection of real estate objects from the company’s database at the request of clients.
  • Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of listings, clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
  • Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
  • Preparing tenancy contract, MOU’s, DLD forms, invoices, receipts, DEWA, EJARI contracts, final tenancy settlement documents, commission documents.
  • Updating Trakheesi on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Required work experience in Dubai, UAE Real Estate market.
  • Well-presented and a good work ethic.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills.
  • Following up with clients with all inquiries/leads received and updating the Bitrix24 CRM regularly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially telephone, email, WA communications.
  • Can communicate fluently in English. Other languages are an added benefit (Russian, Ukrainian, Hindi, Chinese languages).
  • Responsible for implementing, executing, modifying and monitoring campaigns to increase awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.
