<p><strong>AX CAPITAL </strong><span>Real Estate is hiring</span><span>, professional Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai </span></p><p><br></p><p><span>We cover all areas of Dubai, although we are particularly keen to meet agents who have experience in the following communities:</span></p><p><br></p><ol><li><span>Dubai Hills </span></li><li><span>Palm Jumeirah </span></li><li><span>Downtown </span></li><li><span>Dubai Marina </span></li><li><span>Arabian Ranches </span></li><li><span>Emirates Living</span></li></ol><p><br></p><p><span>As an experienced broker you already know what the job entails, but here is a list of highlights :</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Provide guidance, advice and assistance to sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants in marketing, purchasing or leasing properties in Dubai</span></li><li><span>Create listings for sale and leasing of properties</span></li><li><span>Perform ongoing market analysis to estimate property values in your focused communities.</span></li><li><span>Promote properties through means such as, advertisements, open houses, and listing services on property platforms.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities in order propose solutions that suit them.</span></li><li><span>Negotiate processes and consult with clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements.</span></li><li><span>Develop networks and cooperate with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction for all parties involved.</span></li><li><span>Review purchase and leasing contracts to ensure terms are met.</span></li><li><span>Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Ideal Requirements:</span></p><p><br></p><ul><li><span>Real estate agent’s or broker’s license under RERA is preferred but not essential.</span></li><li><span>Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent in UAE.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work independently</span></li><li><span>Strong track record of sales</span></li><li><span>Negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Good knowledge of the local property market.</span></li><li><span>Hold a valid UAE Driving License.</span></li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>Salary: We offer a competitive slabbed commission structure, based on targeted sales performance.
