Skills
Desired candidate profile:
– Sales experience (2 years)
– Must be well-versed in English B1-C1 (fluent speaker)
– Highly motivated with a strong business sense and passion for working in the real estate industry.
– Excellent time management and organisation skills.
– Should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Have the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
– Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and clients
Agent’s responsibilities:
– Prepare a daily action plan and set regular targets to generate new property listings via networking, site visits, regular meetings and cold calls.
– Counselling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
– Showing properties to potential clients.
– Closing rental deals
– Talking to owners to lease their property
– Prepare online advertisements
